The Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce Support team consists of exceptionally skilled technical engineers passionate about ensuring customer success. Our support engineers take pride in delivering an unparalleled customer experience that encourages continued engagement. This position is based in our Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Seattle offices. Candidates must reside locally and be capable of working in a hybrid office environment.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge in Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
Exhibit outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Provide feature explanations and share best practices with customers.
Manage customer expectations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Engage in continuous job-related training and skill enhancement.
Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, effectively utilizing internal tools and escalation teams, while managing time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Multitask effectively and perform under pressure.
Create and curate knowledge content for internal and customer use.
Required Experience/Skills:
Experience with Salesforce and/or cloud-based CRM applications.
Proficiency in API programming.
Familiarity with big data concepts.
Knowledge of database concepts, data management (RDBMS), and SQL.
Demonstrated customer support or service experience in a customer-centric role.
Salesforce Developer, Agentforce, or Data 360 certification is preferred.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce technologies.
Experience with web technologies, including HTML, Java
Script, CSS, or APEX.
U.S. Citizenship is required to support our specific customer base.
Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, French, or Spanish is a plus.
