Network & Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Support the company's international logistics business responsible for IT system planning construction & daily remote maintenance of offices warehouses and delivery stations in New Jersey (NYC1 Warehouse) and Los Angeles (LAX2 Warehouse). Assist in network deployment for new warehouse/station setup conduct regular IT inspections & troubleshooting participate in team meetings and be on rotating duty during holidays/intercontinental working hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build maintain and manage international logistics business networks to ensure stability security and efficiency; take risk prevention and emergency measures timely.

2. Deploy network equipment & projects provide operational support for office/production devices (computers printers PDAs etc.) to ensure smooth business operation.

3. Cooperate with business departments for project launch & operation support assist local teams in network asset management.

Requirements

1. College degree or above major in Computer Science Network Engineering is preferred.

2. 0-3 year of network & desktop support experience logistics/warehousing IT support experience is a plus.

3. Proficiency in English and Chinese (working languages).

4. Valid work authorization in the United States.
