Job Description

Become a pivotal Windows Support Engineer working remotely across Canada. With over six years of experience, you will support the Pacific Time Zone, leveraging your expertise in Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting.
This position requires proficiency in written and spoken English, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Update for Business. You will troubleshoot Windows Update issues and manage endpoint deployment. A deep understanding of Intune Groups and deployment rings is essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and debug Windows 10/11 issues

  • Manage Microsoft Intune and optimize deployments

  • Resolve Windows Update for Business problems

  • Script solutions using Power

  • Conduct networking and network troubleshooting
    Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies

  • Familiarity with Azure Data Explorer and KQL

  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph technologies
