At Tailscale, we’re seeking a motivated support professional with 1–4+ years in technical support. You’ll engage directly with our free user community, tackling a variety of networking and configuration challenges. By collaborating with the customer experience and product teams, you will contribute to improving our user support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main technical resource for users

  • Manage a high-volume ticket queue efficiently

  • Ensure positive user outcomes with clear guidance

Requirements:
