ICT Support Engineer

King’s College Hospital London – Dubai is seeking a
skilled and proactive ICT Support Engineer
to join our IT Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective support, maintenance, and availability of IT systems across the hospital, supporting both clinical and non‑clinical operations.
Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line ICT support to end users across the hospital
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
Support hospital systems and clinical applications in coordination with vendors and internal teams
Escalate complex technical issues where required and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and incident records
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and hospital procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in
Information Technology, Computer Science
, or a related field
Proven experience in an
ICT Support / IT Support Engineer
role, preferably within a healthcare environment
Strong knowledge of
Windows operating systems, MS Office, networking basics, and end‑user support
Experience with service desk tools and ticketing systems
Good understanding of IT security and best practices

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, clinical environment
