IT Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1.End-user & Peripheral Support

• Installation, maintenance, and daily support (software & hardware) of office PCs, conference rooms, and peripheral audio-visual equipment

2.Asset & Procurement Management

• Procurement, asset management, and inventory management of office IT equipment and consumables

3.System Operations Support

• Daily user support, account management, and permission management for various IT application systems

4.Project Participation

• Participate in various IT and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects

Job Requirements - Basic Requirements

• Education: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above

• Skills: Familiar with Windows operating systems; possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking; capable of independently assembling and maintaining PC hardware

• Abilities: Strong learning and summarizing skills; capable of independently researching and finding solutions for open-ended issues

• Language: Proficient in Mandarin and English with daily communication capabilities

Job Requirements - Preferred Qualifications

• Major: Computer Science or related fields preferred

• Soft Skills: Good comprehension and communication skills; able to quickly understand and break down problems, and think comprehensively about solutions

• Experience: Experience in deployment and maintenance of IT systems in medium-to-large enterprises (conference room AV systems, document management systems, print management systems, etc.)
