Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.

Location:

Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.

  • Install and configure standard software, including MS Outlook.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other devices.

  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, access points).

  • Manage Active Directory users and computers.

  • Administer and manage Office 365 applications.

  • Manage firewalls and VPNs.

  • Configure and manage endpoint security solutions.

  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and system troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.

  • Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
