Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.

Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
Install and configure standard software, including MS Outlook.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other devices.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, access points).
Manage Active Directory users and computers.
Administer and manage Office 365 applications.
Manage firewalls and VPNs.
Configure and manage endpoint security solutions.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and system troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
