Job Title: Helpdesk Support Executive

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Executive to provide efficient technical support and ensure smooth IT operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe tools, and end-user support, along with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power

Point)

  • Support and manage Adobe applications (Acrobat and other Adobe tools)

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops and printers.

  • Handle helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls within defined SLAs

  • Diagnose and resolve system and application issues with minimal supervision

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

  • Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when required

  • Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and IT assets

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe applications

  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic system administration

  • Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

  • Experience with ticketing tools and remote support

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) are an advantage

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Good time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₹10,605.06 - ₹31,756.58 per month
