IT Technical Support Engineer

 Software Installation

 OS installation (Windows,Linux)

 Computer Hardware installation and maintenance

 Network installation and maintenance

 Accountable to all technical support to the client and ensure customer is well supported

through Client visit/Online/Telephonic media

 Be the point of contact for all the in-house technical needs like installation of software,

troubleshooting Hardware etc.

 Analyze and troubleshoot issues and problems related to hardware.

 Ensure all the backup of the team are taken periodically.

 Ensure timely support as and when requested by the customer.

 Identify sales opportunities at the customer end and provide leads to the sales team.

 Ensure customer satisfaction report is collected from the client after each issue.

 Ensure total client satisfaction by delivering quality services.

 Sending daily Support Activity Report to the Reporting Manager.

 Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.

 Any additional technical assignment given by the management.

 To ensure maximum collection of AMC for Software and Hardware.

Qualifications and Skills

 Max 1 Year of experience in Hardware.

 Must possess a two wheeler and its license.

 Willingness to travel and meet people

 Graduate with Technical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
