Accountable to all technical support to the client and ensure customer is well supported
through Client visit/Online/Telephonic media
Be the point of contact for all the in-house technical needs like installation of software,
troubleshooting Hardware etc.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues and problems related to hardware.
Ensure all the backup of the team are taken periodically.
Ensure timely support as and when requested by the customer.
Identify sales opportunities at the customer end and provide leads to the sales team.
Ensure customer satisfaction report is collected from the client after each issue.
Ensure total client satisfaction by delivering quality services.
Sending daily Support Activity Report to the Reporting Manager.
Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
Any additional technical assignment given by the management.
To ensure maximum collection of AMC for Software and Hardware.

Max 1 Year of experience in Hardware.
Must possess a two wheeler and its license.
Willingness to travel and meet people
Graduate with Technical skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
