Solid expertise in authentication and federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and IAM concepts
Proven ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues in enterprise environments
Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory/LDAP, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications

Responsibilities and Job Details:
Support and maintain Ping Identity platforms including Ping

One, Ping

Federate, and Ping Da

Vinci
Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions aligned with up-to-date authentication standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and federation
Develop and manage orchestration flows using Ping Da

Vinci for MFA, passwordless, and adaptive authentication
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise directories (AD/LDAP), cloud services, and SaaS applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IAM services across production and non-production environments
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of identity services
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues
Assist in implementing security best practices and compliance requirements
Work within a distributed global team with alignment to US-based stakeholders and timelines
