An ongoing client of ours at Talent is hiring an IT Support Technician to be the frontline technical resource for their fast-growing San Jose office.
You'll support employees' day-to-day computing needs — from hardware and helpdesk to onboarding and M365 administration — helping the team stay productive and connected.
This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to extend to full time. Please keep this in mind when applying.
5x/week onsite — San Jose, CA
Compensation: $30–35/hr
What you'll do:
Provide hands-on hardware support — laptops, peripherals, and end-user devices
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device deployment and account provisioning
Monitor and triage helpdesk tickets; serve as first point of contact for walk-up support
Administer Microsoft 365 — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Share
Point, and related services
What our client is looking for:
1-2 years in IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and the full Microsoft Admin Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MS-102 certification a plus
