About The Role
The incumbent of this role will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy. You will develop and communicate a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives. You will establish and enforce governance processes to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. You will develop and maintain a technology roadmap that supports the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and govern the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
Identify and assess risks related to technology and architecture and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Effectively communicate the enterprise architecture vision and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPls) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
Implement and drive adoption of Enterprise Architecture Modelling tool.
Drive and Ensure compliance to various regulatory requirements and certifications e.g. DGA, NDMO, SAIA etc.
Evaluate and select technology platform/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the enterprise architecture team.
Drive Enterprise Architecture awareness initiatives and improve the EA adoption across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems / Computer Science.
10+ years of experience in IT with deep expertise in Full Stack Digital Applications Architecture.
Fair functional expertise in Financial Services with Payments.
Deep expertise in designing and developing full stack applications including customer experience, CRM.
Hands-on experience in design and development of API workloads including API management, API portals.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing various types of integration patterns and technologies including Streaming, real-time.
Fair understanding of integration platforms.
Excellent Communication skill and Presentation skill.
Proficiency and fluency in communication.
Ability to engage with CXO level leadership and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage and work with Enterprise Architecture operations team.
Ability to work with remote teams from different geographies and drive an effective collaboration.
Experience working with Middle East and KSA customers is preferable.
Experience in any EAM Tool and EA certifications (e.g. TOGAF) is preferable.
Strong Application, Integration and Data architecture knowledge along with Industry best practices, principles and standards.
Strong knowledge of Gen
Al, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, Dev
Sec
Ops, Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APls etc. aspects.
