In this high-impact executive role, you will move beyond mere implementation to design the very blueprint of an enterprise-wide intelligence layer, integrating advanced autonomy into the core of a global operating model.

What You’ll Do (Impact & Execution)

• Orchestrate the comprehensive target-state vision for autonomous ecosystems, ensuring artificial intelligence functions as a cohesive, governed enterprise utility rather than fragmented tooling.

• Galvanize cross-functional leadership across cybersecurity, risk, and engineering departments to embed rigorous safety protocols and ethical "Responsible AI" frameworks into every architectural layer.

• Engineer sophisticated reference patterns for multi-agent workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ensure high-fidelity, grounded, and explainable machine outputs.

• Spearhead the development of capability roadmaps that translate complex business objectives into scalable, high-performance infrastructure investments.

• Navigate the selection and deployment strategies for diverse model providers—including Anthropic, OpenAI, and hyperscale cloud foundries—to optimize the balance between performance, fiscal responsibility, and risk.

• Govern the lifecycle of intelligent assets through the creation of rigorous design authorities, kill-switch protocols, and real-time observability standards.

• Architect seamless extensibility patterns for Microsoft 365 environments, leveraging graph connectors and advanced plugins to enhance organizational productivity at scale.

What You Bring (Expertise & Profile)

• Architectural Mastery: You possess an extensive background in directing enterprise-level solution design, with a specialized focus on large-scale AI/ML engineering and cloud-native integration.

• Platform Sophistication: You demonstrate deep technical fluency within Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI ecosystems, having successfully navigated the complexities of moving high-stakes projects from concept to production.

• Strategic Foresight: You are an expert at designing for "model optionality," ensuring that enterprise systems remain resilient and adaptable regardless of shifts in the underlying LLM landscape.

• Regulatory Acumen: You bring a nuanced understanding of operating within highly regulated frameworks (such as financial or healthcare sectors), with specific expertise in model risk governance and data lineage.

• Agentic Innovation: You have pioneered the use of multi-agent orchestration, tool-use protocols, and human-in-the-loop controls to automate intricate business logic safely.
