Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Architecture, your mission is to enhance business processes through effective coordination and strategic innovation. We seek candidates with a solid background in enterprise architecture and extensive experience in organizational planning to collaborate successfully with business partners and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety and compliance in architecture execution

• Develop strategic plans in alignment with organizational goals

• Produce and maintain architecture models and artifacts

• Map organizational changes and capabilities

• Work closely with technology teams to implement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Engineering or IT

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Architecture

• Proven ability in strategic plan execution

• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks

• Strong persuasive communication and analytical skills
