Enterprise Architect, BFSI

We are partnering a global technology solutions firm delivering enterprise IT transformation for clients in BFSI (banking, insurance, and financial services). We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments - spanning on-premise data centres through to AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You'll define architecture strategy, guide clients through cloud adoption, and act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure transformation with a strong eye on security, resilience, and BFSI regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap

• Define standards, governance, and best practices across infrastructure, platform, and hybrid cloud strategy

• Design and oversee enterprise on-premise infrastructure including data centre architecture, virtualisation platforms, backup, DR, and high availability

• Lead modernisation of legacy environments

• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Define migration strategies, secure connectivity models, and Fin

Ops practices for cost and operational efficiency

• Embed security-by-design across all solutions - implementing zero-trust, IAM, and data protection strategies in compliance with BFSI regulatory and security standards

• Engage clients and internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor — leading architecture reviews, governance forums, and supporting presales with solutioning expertise

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in IT with a strong focus on enterprise infrastructure architecture, data centre environments, and hybrid / multi-cloud

• Proven experience in an Enterprise, Infrastructure, or Solution Architect role

• Deep knowledge of data centre infrastructure, virtualisation, backup and DR design

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

• Familiarity with TOGAF, ITIL, and cloud adoption frameworks

• TOGAF, cloud architect, or ITIL certifications are a strong advantage
