Job Summary

Shine Bright Management & Development Corp. is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Architect or Architectural Staff to be assigned at The Point, located at P. Del Rosario Street, Cebu City. The ideal candidate must be able to assist in architectural planning, documentation, interior fit-outs, site coordination, problem-solving, and design presentations.

The applicant must have a good attitude, professional personality, and willingness to help the company complete tasks efficiently and properly.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Architect shall be responsible for the following:

• Assist in architectural planning, design, and project coordination for The Point building.

• Prepare, update, and organize architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and technical documents.

• Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD, Sketch

Up, rendering software, and other design tools.

• Assist in interior fit-out planning, layouts, design proposals, and material selection.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing architectural and fit-out works.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, workers, and management regarding project requirements.

• Help solve site problems, design issues, and construction-related concerns.

• Prepare documentation, filing, reports, permits, drawings, and other project-related records.

• Ensure that works are aligned with approved plans, design standards, building requirements, and company instructions.

• Assist in preparing presentations, sketches, renderings, and visual concepts for management or clients.

• Monitor task progress and help ensure that deadlines are followed.

• Check measurements, layouts, and site conditions when needed.

• Support management in decision-making by giving practical architectural suggestions.

• Maintain proper communication with the team and report concerns immediately.

• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or any architecture-related course.

• Licensed Architect is a plus, but not required.

• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch

Up, rendering software, and basic design presentation tools.

• With experience in construction, fit-outs, site coordination, or building projects is an advantage.

• Must be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Must know how to properly file and manage project documents.

• Must have good problem-solving skills and initiative.

• Must have a good attitude, good personality, and willingness to learn.

• Must be able to work under pressure and follow deadlines.

• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

• Must be willing to be assigned at P. Del Rosario Street, Cebu City.

• Must be honest, respectful, reliable, and professional.

Preferred Skills

• Space planning and interior layout design.

• 3D modeling and rendering.

• Construction site monitoring.

• Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical plans.

• Basic knowledge of building permits and documentation.

• Good communication skills with workers, contractors, and management.

• Ability to multitask and handle urgent site concerns.
