Job Description Summary
The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions Enablement team, you will lead the ERP enterprise architecture team, lead ERP Integration cloud strategy, simplifying the ERP landscape and Integrations roadmap and transform existing integrations into cloud technologies with “AI First” mindset. Lead migration strategy for current PI/PO integration landscape to cloud setting. Partner with enterprise architecture team to align our ERP roadmap with rest of the organizations’ application simplification roadmap and align with enterprise pillar strategy.

Ability to understand cloud native solutions for ERP Integrations
Ability to understand, process, and interpret data to extract insights and communicate findings effectively to support business decisions.
Experience with ERP processes in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of ERP integrations with other satellite systems.
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization. Influences and energizes others toward the common vision and goal.
Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.
