  • Contribute to multi‑year investment planning and transformation strategy.

Manufacturing, OT & Plant Systems

  • Lead architecture for manufacturing environments including MES, SCADA, PLC/automation layers, historians, and plant networks.
  • Ensure architectures support operational continuity, safety, cybersecurity, and reliability requirements.

  • Integrate modern platforms such as Kinaxis Rapid

Response, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, OTM, and supplier/3PL networks.

  • Support traceability, quality, compliance, batch/lot genealogy, and serialization where applicable.

Integration, Data & Connectivity

  • Design integration architectures using SAP BTP, Azure integration services, APIs, events, and i

PaaS platforms.

  • Govern B2B/EDI exchanges, real‑time logistics updates, supplier collaboration, and carrier ecosystems.
  • Establish canonical data models and standards for materials, BOMs, routings, supplier data, warehouse data, and shipment events.
  • Ensure observability and reliability across mission‑critical supply chain integrations.

Governance & Oversight

  • Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise guardrails, patterns, and NFRs.
  • Guide solution architects and engineering teams in implementing standards.
  • Influence vendor evaluations, technology selection, and commercial assessments.

Thought Leadership & Research

  • Monitor market and technology trends including digital twins, IIoT, autonomous logistics, planning optimization, and AI‑driven supply chain insights.
  • Provide research‑backed recommendations to inform architectural strategy and investment decisions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development, whitepapers, and future‑state visioning.

Communication, Influence & Engagement

  • Produce high‑quality documentation, architectural diagrams, and C‑suite‑ready presentations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Supply Chain, Plant Ops, Engineering, Security, and Technology teams.
  • Mentor architects and engineers; foster strong collaboration across functions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience (10–12 years)

  • Extensive architecture experience in supply chain and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in OT systems, plant-level operations, and mission‑critical integrations.

Mate, capability/value stream mapping, reference architectures.

  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements such as resilience, performance, and observability.
  • Ability to develop high-quality standards, conceptual/logical/physical architectures, and decision frameworks.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong engagement experience with operations, engineering, suppliers, logistics partners, and technical teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business impacts.

Desirable Skills
