CRM (Architectural / Interior Design Background)

We are looking to hire a dynamic and professional CRM Executive with a background in Interior Designing / Architecture who can effectively manage client relationships, coordinate project requirements, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal design team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a sound understanding of design technicalities.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship management.

• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements in detail.

• Coordinate between clients, designers, architects, and execution teams.

• Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), follow-ups, and status updates.

• Ensure timely responses to client queries, concerns, and revisions.

• Understand design drawings, layouts, concepts, and technical details.

• Explain project progress, timelines, and deliverables to clients professionally.

• Maintain CRM data, client records, project updates, and communication logs.

• Support the team in delivering a seamless client experience.

• Build long-term client trust and satisfaction through proactive communication.
  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in Interior Designing / Architecture is mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / Client Servicing / Customer Relationship roles.

• Strong experience in client handling and client communication.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of design technicalities, drawings, and project coordination.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience required.

• Freshers with strong communication and relevant background may also be considered.
