The firm also undertakes projects as the sole in-house architectural designer, completing numerous acclaimed projects over the years.

Role Description

Rajendran Architects is seeking a dedicated Architecture Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves overseeing the development of architectural and construction drawings, coordinating project requirements with clients and consultants, and ensuring the timely delivery of project submittals. The Architecture Coordinator will also support the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and assist in synchronizing designs with overall project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and the ability to develop and manage building designs.

• 2 to 5 years Professional experience.

• Experience in creating detailed Construction Drawings and Architectural Drawings.

• Knowledge and practical application of Building Information Modeling (BIM).

• Expertise in managing Submittals and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant certifications in BIM will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
