Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer for a full-time, on-site position located in Nagpur. The role involves creating and reviewing architectural designs, developing detailed construction drawings, and contributing to urban planning projects. The candidate will collaborate with clients and team members, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to regulations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings

• Experience in Architecture, including developing functional and aesthetically pleasing structures

• Competence in creating detailed Drawings for construction and design projects

• Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and techniques

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
