Our client is looking Embedded Program Manager for Fulltime project in Philadelphia, PA (Onsite) Below is the detail requirement.

Job Title: Embedded Program Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Description:

• Min 10 years of total experience in Embedded SW Development with 4-5 years of experience in Program management with specific experience in Set-top Box / Media domain RDK/RDK-M/RDK-V/RDK-B related programs.

• Experience in SAFe/Agile/ Scrum management

• Strong Stakeholder & Risk management skills

• Strong Communication skills as need to very frequently interact with Senior Leadership

• Ability to work in high pressure environment.

• Bachelor's degree required, 15+ years Engineering/Program management and Agile experience for products in fast paced environment.

• Strong full life cycle Technical Program Management experience with strong communication skills up to the ELT level

• Independently building relationships and working across all relevant areas of the solution business including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support.

• Organizes and presents business, technical and program reviews/status to Senior Leadership using dashboards and JIRA agile project management tools.

• Independently coordinates deliverables and project assets to assist the project team.

• Personally, anticipates and addresses obstacles or issues that are moderate to significant in severity and escalates complex issues to management for assistance.

• Demonstrates advanced understanding of development processes and product launch scope and activities.
