Program Manager – Strategic Technology Initiative

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-year strategic technology initiative at the forefront of next-generation innovation. This role will oversee cross-functional teams spanning research, engineering, and operations, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
This is a high-impact position requiring strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly evolving, cutting-edge environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of a large-scale, technically complex program across multiple workstreams
Establish and manage program governance, timelines, budgets, and risk frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, product, and external partners
Align technical deliverables with strategic business priorities and long-term objectives
Manage dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
Track milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
Identify and mitigate risks in a proactive and structured manner
Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in program processes and execution
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in program or project management within highly technical environments
Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives with significant complexity
Experience in advanced technology sectors such as: Advanced Robotics & Autonomous Systems, Autonomous Vehicles (AV) & Software-Defined Vehicles, Smart Infrastructure & Building Automation, Energy & Grid-Scale Storage Systems, Med
Tech & Precision Medical Devices
Deep tech / R&D environments
Energy or infrastructure programs
Aerospace or space-related initiatives
Strong understanding of systems-level integration and complex architectures
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working in high-ambiguity, innovation-driven environments
