Pay Range: $79 /hr on w2
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Program Manager V with a strong management consulting background (Big 4 or top-tier firms) and proven experience managing complex initiatives within a SaaS environment.
This role supports a high-visibility compensation program, requiring strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
What You’ll Do (Typical Day)
Lead and facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation and follow-ups
Proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers
Own and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Track progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure on-time execution
Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders across business and technical teams
Drive alignment between HR, Engineering, Compensation, and Operations teams
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and tracking
Lead recurring stakeholder meetings and drive actionable outcomes
Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Management
Partner with HR, Engineering, Compensation, and Operations teams
Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights
Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration
Requirements & Documentation
Gather business and technical requirements
Maintain documentation (project plans, status reports, decision logs)
Execution & Delivery
Monitor milestones and ensure alignment with compensation timelines
Support testing cycles and change management initiatives
Must-Have Skills
Consulting experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms
Strong Project/Program Management experience (preferably in SaaS)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proven requirements gathering experience
Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes
Nice-to-Have / Teachable
Exposure to compensation structures and systems
Experience working with enterprise workflows
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with Salesforce (Org62 or similar)
Background in M&A environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
