IT Program Manager (Core Banking)

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage multiple complex IT projects and programs. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of initiatives aligned with business goals, while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Strategic Leadership

Define and implement program strategies aligned with business objectives.

Drive program vision, scope, and roadmap with stakeholder alignment.

Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments.

Project Management & Delivery

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors.

Communicate progress, risks, and expectations effectively.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle.

Resolve issues impacting delivery and performance.

Monitor program health and ensure timely escalation.

Resource & Team Management

Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects.

Mentor and guide project managers and team members.

Optimize team productivity and performance.

Budget & Financial Management

Develop and manage project/program budgets.

Track costs and ensure financial accountability.

Quality & Performance Monitoring

Establish quality standards and ensure compliance.

Define KPIs and track program performance.

Reporting

Prepare and present status reports to senior management.

Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project/program management.

At least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 certification.
