Job Description – Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong customer-facing skills and experience in end-to-end SaaS product implementations within the life sciences domain.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background (Developer/Technical BA/System Analyst) and hands-on experience across the full SDLC , managing product deployments, integrations, and client onboarding in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product implementations (requirements → configuration → testing → go-live).
Act as the primary client contact , driving onboarding, issue resolution, and adoption.
Work across the full SDLC , including UAT, release, and deployment.
Coordinate with technical teams for configuration, integrations, and solution delivery .
Manage data migration, validation, and compliance .
Own project planning, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication .
Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA, EMA compliance standards .
Support training, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization .
Required Qualifications
10+ years in software/SaaS implementation , with 5+ years in life sciences.
Technical foundation (mandatory): Experience as Developer / Technical BA / System Analyst.
Strong experience across SDLC (build, test, release, deployment) .
Proven client-facing product implementation experience .
Experience with SaaS platforms in regulated environments (RIM, DMS, Veeva Vault preferred).
Strong project management skills (JIRA, Azure Dev
Ops, MS Project).
Good understanding of GxP, FDA, EMA regulations .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Veeva Vault / regulatory systems
Exposure to data migration and system integrations
Agile / hybrid delivery experience
