Title: TPM UAT Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA- Hybrid (Need Local)

TPM with UAT and SAP or any ERP, and Salesforce (Must).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP/ERP and Salesforce implementations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT strategy, scope, and test plans.

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, ensuring timely execution and defect resolution.

• Develop UAT test cases, scripts, and data based on business requirements.

• Facilitate UAT sessions and guide users in validating system functionality.

• Track, report, and escalate issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and functional teams to mitigate risks.

• Ensure compliance with testing standards and document all UAT processes.

• Analyse test results to provide actionable feedback for system improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement in UAT processes and overall system adoption.
