Overview

Role summary:

The Product Manager in relation to e-services is responsible for developing new products within the e-services banner, understanding the market, and designing, launching and raising awareness of new and existing products across the group, with a focus on International Remittances.

Responsibilities

  • Research the market to define and identify gaps for potential new products within e-services.

  • Continuously monitor the existing product range to ensure it aligns with the group's strategy and performs as intended.

  • Lead a team responsible for the implementation of e-service products, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Analyze multiple metrics and provide in-depth reports and analysis on the performance of the existing product range.

  • Identify trends or problem areas and make recommendations that align with the business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated, preferably in a banking-related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in product management.

  • Banking background with a solid understanding of technology related to the industry; aware of market changes and trends.

  • Innovative approach and leadership; keep the team informed of the latest developments and integrate these developments into the group's e-services.

  • Experience with International Remittances processes and frameworks.

As part of our accelerated growth we wish to appoint an Officer Merchant & E-Acquiring. You will also lead the signup of new merchants and enhance relationships with existing merchants. You will be responsible for performing daily merchant acquiring transactions with an objective to maximize profits.
