Product Manager (Efficiency Engineering, AI-Enhanced)

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design, documentation, and delivery of internal systems, participating throughout the full lifecycle from planning to launch, and taking responsibility for product quality and user experience.

• Engage closely with users to gather and refine requirements, translating business needs into practical and implementable solutions.

• Develop a deep understanding of business workflows, abstract problems into scalable product capabilities, and provide comprehensive product strategies that improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of product goals.

• Stay informed on trends and developments in the ToB (B2B) product space and continuously enhance product competitiveness.

• Integrate AI capabilities into product design, including but not limited to workflow automation, intelligent data analysis, AI-powered assistants, and decision-support systems to enhance productivity and user experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a backend or platform Product Manager; experience with internal systems or open platforms is preferred.

• Proficient in product design tools such as Visio and Axure; familiar with mind mapping tools and basic database concepts.

• Solid understanding of ToB product requirement analysis and product design processes.

• Strong sense of ownership and proactive execution ability; capable of independently driving projects with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain persistence when facing complex challenges.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM applications, such as building AI-driven features (e.g., chatbots, RAG systems, automation workflows), is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with low-code or no-code platforms.

• Passion for B2B products and enterprise efficiency solutions.
