Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Product Manager located in the Central & Western District. The Global Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring products meet international healthcare standards and address local community needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and driving product innovation. The role will also require analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions and maintain alignment with corporate goals.
Qualifications
Product Management and Strategic Planning skills, with experience in overseeing product lifecycle management
Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insight skills for informed decision-making
Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing
Project Management skills, including timeline and budget management
Knowledge of international quality standards, regulatory compliance, and Medtech industry trends
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
