About the client:
Our client is a top medical distributor in Hong Kong and Greater China to deliver innovative, high-quality medical consumables and surgical devices to healthcare providers. With its growth business and team expansion, they would like to invite a high calibre individual to join their professional teams as a Product Manager.
About the Role:
Conduct regular visits to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen partnerships and gather clinical feedback.
Support product evaluation, workshops, and marketing activities to enhance brand recognition and market penetration.
Provide on-site case support across all clusters; deliver technical guidance during procedures and ensure proper product usage.
Collect and analyse clinical feedback to support continuous product improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers on product portfolio strategy, pricing, marketing initiatives, and inventory planning.
Manage communication regarding regulatory updates, product launches, and supply chain matters.
Ensure alignment between supplier objectives and company business goals.
Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies.
Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Conduct product training for internal sales teams and healthcare professionals.
The Successful Applicant:
Degree holder in Business, Science, Biochemistry or Medical related discipline.
5 years' experience in surgical devices sales or clinical support.
Highly self-driven and good leading skills to achieve goals.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
