Senior Product Manager- US Healthcare (Ahmedabad)

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in the US with delivery operations in Ahmedabad, Confidential company is a SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA certified RCM company recognized by Healthcare Tech Outlook. We serve US medical practices and MSOs with billing, coding, workers’ compensation, and occupational health services. We are building an AI-first platform that will transform how RCM is delivered, and this role is central to that build. This product is live and continues to evolve in scope.

What you will do

1. Own one or more Confidential company products end-to-end. From identifying problems through shipping solutions, you are the long-term owner of your products’ evolution, adoption, and health.
2. Spend significant time with users. Interview, shadow, and observe billing ops users across our customers. Build a deep, current mental model of how they actually work — not how they say they work.
3. Define problem statements before solutions. When users ask for X, your job is to figure out what they’re actually struggling with. The problem statement comes first; the feature comes after.
4. Design, spec, and ship. Build the evidence, design the solution, weigh alternatives, write the BRD/PRD/stories engineering can build from, and communicate intent visually when needed (wireframes, prototypes, AI-generated drafts). Acceptance criteria explicit, edge cases real, dependencies flagged.
5. Stay close to adoption. A feature that ships but isn’t used is a failed feature. Track usage, follow up after rollouts, feed learnings back into the roadmap.
6. Push back honestly. When a request shouldn’t be built, say so. When something you proposed turns out to be a miss, name it.
