We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our next‑generation digital platform designed to transform how clients engage with global HR administration and payroll services. Acting as a secure digital interface and middleware for our clients.

This role requires strong focus on data analytics, AI‑enabled capabilities, and intelligent automation combined with product management, business stakeholder management and analytical skills to deliver measurable client value in complex, regulated, enterprise environments.

You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery while working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Data, UX, Operations, Compliance, and regional business teams

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for TMF OPTIX, from vision and roadmap through delivery and live operations

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and prioritised roadmap aligned with TMF Group’s digital, data, and AI strategy

• Translate client, business, regulatory, and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality capabilities using Agile / Scrum methodologies, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance

• Balance global standardization with local market needs across multiple regions

Data Analytics & Insights

• Lead the definition and evolution of product analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and client value

• Drive a data‑informed product culture, ensuring decisions are grounded in insights from usage data, operational metrics, and client feedback

• Partner with Data and Engineering teams to improve data quality, observability, and reporting capabilities across the platform

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager in enterprise or SaaS platforms

• Ability to understand complex business process and documentation of requirements

• Product feature prioritization and roadmap preparation

• Strong experience leading data‑driven products, analytics initiatives, or insight‑led roadmaps

• Demonstrated experience working with or delivering AI‑enabled or automation features

• Experience working in complex, regulated, or workflow‑driven environments

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC governance, and cross‑functional product ownership

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in HR, payroll, finance, or enterprise services is a strong advantage
