We specialize in financial services and cashback solutions, with our flagship digital cashback application designed to enhance customer retention. Kenz'up aims to support the national financial inclusion strategy and improve the daily lives of millions of Moroccans through a wide range of financial services.

Your role

• Lead the product strategy definition in collaboration with the leadership team

• Have a perfect understanding of all type user personas needs and problems to solve

• Be customer centric and customer first oriented

• Make sure we built products with outcome driven mindset (impact on KPIs), and not output driven (delivering features)

• Define and slice down initiatives to the highest possible ICE score to ensure the fastest go to market and feedback/evidence collection

• Daily collaborate with Engineering and UX team members to ensure extreme clarity and alignment on the Why? What? How?

• Maintain constant alignment with Marketing, BD and Ops teams to ensure we communicate, monetize and ground deploy our products the best way possible

Required knowledge and experience

• Experience in managing mass consumer products

• Extremely good precise and concise communication skills, both spoken and written, in English & French (Kenz’up is an English first company, French needed for external interactions)

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience working in very agile mode and with lean methodologies

• Relevant experiences in very fast pace product environments

• Experience with OKRs is good to have

• AI usage on daily tasks
