Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. Please note that this position is not remote; it requires on-site work in our Thousand Oaks, California office. As a Technical Project Manager, you will possess a deep understanding of our systems and work closely with clients to ensure that our system meets all their needs. You will be involved in every stage of the project life cycle, from initial assessment to implementation and product release. The ideal candidate is an exceptional professional who thrives at the intersection of client engagement and product development, has a strong background in technical product management, has the work ethic necessary to get things done in a fast-paced environment, and can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Execute the entire onboarding journey for new clients
Develop detailed project plans to lead and drive complex projects to completion
Manage all aspects of the client implementation process and project life cycle
Collaborate with the Engineering team to scope client requests
Maintain strong relationships with clients to manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction
Manage a portfolio of clients at various stages
Manage and provide mentorship to a team of Client Success Specialists
Oversee team performance in meeting goals and expected milestones
Review and improve processes to ensure effective client implementation and management practices
Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen (Due to Government Contract Requirements)
Minimum 5 years of software implementation experience required
Extremely customer-focused and service-oriented
Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills
Strong technical project management skills, including experience in client engagement and software development
Knowledgeable about implementation in a SaaS environment
Must be reliable and flexible
Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate complex information effectively
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Solution-oriented and creative approach to addressing complex problems
