Senior Associate, Technical Product Management

Donald's in India is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join their Global Technology Enterprise Products Platforms (EPP) Team, specifically focused on the Treasury Management System Kyriba. As part of this team, you will play a key role in providing technical guidance, managing squad output quality, participating in roadmap and backlog preparation, and supporting the hiring and development of engineers. • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development and implementation of technology solutions
• Attend all product team ceremonies and act as a leader for the Software Development Engineers
• Work with boundary and integration systems to troubleshoot and mitigate any issues
• Collaborate with other technology teams, internal teams, service providers, and vendors
• Ensure application service levels are maintained as per agreed standards
• Accountable for the deployment of new features, including QA push to production and defect remediation
• Maintain documentation standards for all software and lead acceptance criteria validation of development work

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• 5 years of technical analyst experience with Treasury Banking and/or accounting systems
• Experience working collaboratively with business partners to solve complex technical challenges
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile development practices
• Ability to contribute as a hands-on technologist when needed
• Experience applying data to make informed business decisions
• Positive thinking skills and a willingness to learn and challenge
• Experience in operational aspects of banking systems, Oracle ERP, Kyriba, Power BI, and technical protocols
• Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools
• Understanding of Cloud architecture and security standards
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules and cybersecurity
