Product Manager – IoT Platform
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our IoT Platform team and own the end-to-end success of key platform features in the connectivity and device management domain. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our strategic goals into tangible product capabilities. As Product Manager, you will drive the product roadmap and execution for your areas of the platform, from early discovery and PRD creation through development, launch, and post-launch iteration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are technically sound, user-friendly, and aligned with client’s mission of IoT simplification. This means gathering customer and internal stakeholder input, defining requirements that address real pain points, and coordinating across engineering, UX, data, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
This is a high-impact role at the platform level; you will shape experiences spanning multiple customer touchpoints and geographies. It’s also a highly collaborative role: expect to partner with global teams in engineering, customer success, marketing, and more to bring products to market.
Key duties/ responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, maintain, and communicate a clear roadmap for platform features such as connectivity management, insights/analytics, and AI-driven automation. Align initiatives to client’s mission and customer needs.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead discovery, define requirements (PRDs, user stories), and guide agile execution. Partner closely with engineering and UX teams (Figma, JIRA) to ensure high-quality, user-centric delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track success metrics (North Star andsupporting KPIs). Use analytics and SQL insights to identify opportunities, measure adoption, and guide prioritization.
Customer & Market Insight: Represent the voice of the customer using persona-based journeys, feedback loops, and competitive intelligence. Anticipate market trends in IoT, eSIM, and AI to shape strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams across Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to enable go-to-market readiness, documentation, and launch success.
Innovation & AI Enablement: Identify opportunities to embed automation and intelligence into the IoT Platform, collaborating with data science teams to prototype and deliver new capabilities.
Ownership & Bias for Action: Drive initiatives to completion, proactively removing roadblocks and making pragmatic trade-offs to deliver value fast. Demonstrate accountability for results and continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
Experience: 3+ years in product management within B2B SaaS, IoT, or telecommunications environments; proven success delivering platform or API-driven products.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of modern cloud architectures, RESTful APIs, and IoT connectivity concepts (SIM/eSIM). A working knowledge of how AI can be applied would be a plus.
Analytical & Data Skills: Skilled in metric definition, product analytics, and basic SQL; comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions.
Execution & Agility: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives in an agile environment.
Customer Empathy: Deep curiosity for customer problems and a track record of using research and feedback to drive product improvements.
Collaboration &Communication: Excellent cross-functional communication skills; can translate between technical and business audiences effectively.
Design & UX Orientation: Appreciation for intuitive, self-service user experiences; experience collaborating in Figma or similar tools.
Bias for Action & Growth Mindset: Operates with urgency, initiative, and accountability; embraces learning and adapts quickly in a fast-evolving IoT landscape.
