Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects within the PSG team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project delivery, customer engagement, and team management, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationship management and satisfaction

• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance

• Plan, track, and monitor project progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Conduct regular status reviews and provide updates to stakeholders

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance of projects

• Handle escalations and drive resolution in a timely manner

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in project management

• Proven experience in customer handling and stakeholder management

• Strong experience in team management and leadership

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Technical Skills:

· Should be aware of SDLC process

· Should be aware of SDLC documentation required

· Oracle SQL skills

· Understanding of anyone programming knowledge

· Experience in system integration with other applications

Educational Qualification

• Engineering degree preferred

• BSc IT / MSc IT or equivalent.
