Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager, where you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Your expertise will drive project success and contribute to building lasting structures that make a difference in communities. Projects includes those that we are the Prime Contractor of.

Duties
Lead and manage construction projects by developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee daily site operations, including supervising subcontractors and trades, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately execute project plans and specifications.
Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, managing resources effectively with tools like Heavy
Bid and Civil 3D for accurate estimating and site planning.
Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, utilizing Bluebeam for documentation and communication of changes or issues.
Manage project budgets, perform construction estimating, and control costs to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders through detailed reports, meetings, and updates on project status, schedules, and potential risks.
Work locations range from Western Mass to the Boston Area and everything in between
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
Proficiency in construction management software such as Pro
Core, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Heavy
Bid, and other project scheduling tools.
Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively while managing time efficiently across complex projects.
Excellent knowledge of construction safety standards and site management best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve issues swiftly on-site.

Experience with Topcon GPS / Total Station Equipment a plus
Background in equipment operations, site work, utility work, grading work are all a must
Must have experience in horizontal site work
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
