Job Description
As High‑End Residential Project Manager, you will oversee new construction and renovation projects valued up to $15M, with most projects falling in the $2M-$5M range.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing high‑end residential construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
Serving as the primary point of contact for discerning homeowners and stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of craftsmanship
Maintaining clear communication with internal leadership and field staff
Proactively identifying and resolving schedule, scope, or cost challenges
Supporting a collaborative, professional jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - High End Residential should have:
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high‑end residential or custom home construction
Background with a well‑known, respected luxury home builder (required)
Experience managing ground‑up and/or complex renovation projects valued at $5M+
Strong client‑facing skills and the ability to manage high‑expectation homeowners
Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors effectively
Candidates who have owned their own company must also have prior experience with a reputable builder
Ability to commute to project sites across Greater Boston
