Position Overview

An established design group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Landscape team in their growing Miami studio. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute across all project phases from early concept through construction documentation and implementation within a collaborative, design-driven environment focused on high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support project development from concept through construction documentation

• Coordinate and manage project teams, consultants, and clients throughout all phases

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery with increased ownership and accountability

• Contribute to site planning and master planning across a range of project types

• Prepare and coordinate project documentation, including construction drawing sets and detailing

• Help maintain project quality, clarity, and consistency across deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program

• Professional experience in landscape architecture or related practice, with demonstrated project management responsibility

• Proven ability to lead projects across multiple phases with limited oversight
