Job Description
Lead and oversee full-cycle management of WWTP construction projects in Waterloo.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Plan resources effectively to meet project requirements and budget constraints.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and manage their performance.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager - WWTP should have:
Proven experience with full-cycle project management in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial construction, particularly in WWTP projects.
Proficiency in scheduling, planning, and resource management tools and practices.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements effectively.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders.
