Job Description

• Lead and oversee full-cycle management of WWTP construction projects in Waterloo.

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

• Plan resources effectively to meet project requirements and budget constraints.

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and manage their performance.

• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager - WWTP should have:

• Proven experience with full-cycle project management in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of industrial construction, particularly in WWTP projects.

• Proficiency in scheduling, planning, and resource management tools and practices.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements effectively.

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders.
