Workplace Project Manager(design and construction)

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Workplace Project Manager for a 12 months contract role. As the APAC End-to-End Program Support, you will serve as the connective tissue for project execution across the Asia Pacific region. This role is a "doing" role, providing hands-on support to the APAC Regional Program Lead helping turn strategy into clear plans, schedules and actions.

What Will You Do:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup of project environments, including project provisioning in PM tools and the establishment of governance frameworks across multiple disciplines.

• Manage development and optimization of comprehensive end-to-end master schedules from Initiation through to completion.

• Cross-Functional Coordination & Program Management

• Financial Reports & Closeout Documentation

• Legal & Contract Reviews

What will you need:

• 6+ years of proven experience in Workplace Design and Construction.

• In-depth understanding of every aspect of the full project life cycle: Initiation, Scheduling, Design, Construction and Contract reviews.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt for a relevant audience, geographically dispersed teams and varying situational contexts.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with fantastic time management.

• Evidence of a hands on work style; you are willing to “roll up your sleeves” to push tasks over the line rather than just tracking or delegating.

• Ability to thrive and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a highly dynamic, fast paced organization.
