1. Project Implementation Phase

• Manage and coordinate overall project activities and stakeholders

• Oversee documentation review, validation, and submission

• Supervise installation, integration, testing, and system setup

• Coordinate training logistics and review training quality

• Support logistics, maintenance planning, and system handover

• Provide post-implementation and go-live support

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Authority

2. Warranty & Maintenance Phase

• Ensure governance, compliance, and cybersecurity management

• Oversee system operations, health monitoring, and support activities

• Manage projects, upgrades, and technical refresh initiatives

• Handle security clearance processes and vendor coordination

• Manage system modifications, configurations, and enhancements

• Provide engineering and technical advisory support

• Monitor budgets, invoices, and cost forecasts

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Authority

Core Functional Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Lead project execution, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution

• Conduct reviews, testing, and integration activities

• Manage meetings, NDAs, and vendor coordination

Documentation & Review

• Consolidate, verify, and submit project documents

• Review training materials and system documentation

System Implementation Oversight

• Oversee installation, integration, testing, and logistics setup

• Ensure compliance with safety and disposal standards

Training & Logistics

• Coordinate training programs and ensure quality delivery

• Support logistics planning and maintenance readiness

Post-Implementation Support

• Manage maintenance, defects, and warranty issues

• Act as Authority representative with vendors

Cybersecurity & Governance

• Conduct audits, compliance checks, and vulnerability assessments

• Manage security reporting, access reviews, and incident responses

System & Operations Support

• Monitor system performance, patching, and service requests

• Support procurement, operations, and special events

Technical & Engineering Support

• Provide system improvements, upgrades, and advisory support

Budget & Compliance

• Perform budget tracking, invoice verification, and reporting
