Project Management Lead, Philippines

My client, a Global Medical Equipment MNC is going through an exciting phase of growth. As such, they are seeking a Project Management Lead to oversee a team and ensure that projects are executed efficiently. The individual will act as a strategic bridge across teams, resolving issues and driving operational excellence while ensuring a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and oversee delivery of projects to meet business and customer objectives.

• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to integrate project management insights into commercial and operational plans.

• Drive disciplined execution through structured processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and predictable outcomes.

• Act as the escalation lead to resolve critical issues.

• Build strong senior-level customer relationships while fostering team capability and continuous improvement.
  Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management or installation, with proven leadership of large-scale initiatives.

• Certification in PMP or equivalent project management credentials.

• Strong technical expertise in areas like site planning, system design, and installation execution.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, influence stakeholders, and navigate dynamic environments.
