- Providing guidance on software development best practices, code review processes, and architecture reviews.
- Fostering collaboration between product, engineering, QA, and Dev
Ops to ensure high-quality releases.
- Providing regular project updates, risk reports, and status dashboards.
- Translating technical details into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of industry experience with a background in hands-on coding, team leadership, and project delivery.
- Strong experience in modern programming practices and technologies.
- Proven experience managing software engineering, Dev
Ops, or cloud platform teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Dev
Ops principles.
- Experience with project tools like JIRA, Azure Dev
Ops, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications are a plus.
