Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

🔹 About the Role

Our client, a leading interior fit-out contractor in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality projects across office, residential, and F&B sectors.

This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing projects end-to-end—from design coordination through to final handover—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery

• Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects from design development to final handover

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules

• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project requirements

• Oversee daily site operations and progress

2. Design & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and designers

• Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals

• Ensure design intent, buildability, and compliance

3. Procurement & Commercial Management

• Manage procurement planning and subcontractor coordination

• Monitor budgets, cost control, variations, and cash flow

• Evaluate subcontractor performance

4. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Conduct project meetings and progress reviews

• Resolve issues proactively

5. Quality, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards

• Conduct site inspections

• Manage risks and mitigation strategies

• Ensure compliance with local authorities (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.)

6. Project Close-Out

• Lead snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover

• Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed
  🔹 Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 6–10 years of experience in construction/fit-out

• Minimum 3+ years as Project Manager

• UAE fit-out project experience (office, residential, F&B)
  Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction and materials

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Good understanding of contracts and cost control
  Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management

• Excellent communication and client handling

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  Preferred Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional)

• NEBOSH / IOSH (HSE certifications)
