Key Role & Responsibilities:
Tender analysis, Synopsis preparation, Preparing technical & commercial bid documents, , BOQ analysis, Using GeM & Govt portals, Bidding, EMD tracking & refunds, compliance, document preparation etc.
Procurement planning, Tracking timeline, Reporting, Vendor sourcing, managing Purchase Order, Facilitate Manufacturer - Client Approvals, Vendor coordination, Delivery followups, internal coordination etc.

Government Tendering & GeM Portal Handling
Procurement & Vendor Management
Contract Finalization
Project Coordination & Reporting
Documentation Control
Budgeting & Cash Flow Monitoring
Prepare Project Estimation | BOQ Analysis | SOR Interpretation | Billing & Payment Documentation
Qualification & Requirements:
BE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power
Point).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
