- Plan, coordinate and manage end -to -end project activities from initiation to completion, including feasibility assessment, design coordination, budgeting, execution, monitoring and final handover.</span></span></span></span>

- Coordinate extensively with vendors, contractors, architects, consultants, government authorities, and internal cross -functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.</span></span></span></span>

- Supervise and monitor on -site activities, conduct regular site visits, track progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.</span></span></span></span>

- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and work schedules, ensuring timely and cost -effective delivery of all milestones.</span></span></span></span>

- Review and verify vendor/contractor work, including measurement checks, work quality, bills, contract compliance, and performance tracking.</span></span></span></span>
</span></span></li>
- Support vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to ensure alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.</span></span></span></span>
</span></span></li>
- Ensure timely statutory approvals, permits, and liaison with government bodies for smooth project execution without delays.</span></span></span></span>
</span></span></li>
- Identify potential risks, deviations, or bottlenecks and proactively implement corrective and mitigation measures.</span></span></span></span>

- Prepare project status reports, progress dashboards, MIS, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.</span></span></span></span>
</span></span></li>
- Maintain robust stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients and regulatory agencies.</span></span></span></span>

- Drive different projects with continuous improvement and contribute to process enhancements.</span></span></span></span>
</span></span></li>
- Exposure to civil construction, infrastructure works, interior fit -outs or multidisciplinary project environments will be an added advantage.</span></span></span></span>

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field (Master's preferred).

- 6 - 12 years of experience in real estate project management, construction or infrastructure development.

- Proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, or mixed -use real estate projects.
</span></span></li>
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, local regulations and statutory approvals.
</span></span></li>
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.).
</span></span></li>
- PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
