Head Of Project Management (Remote)

Hiring: IS Project Manager – Ariba (Procurement & Sourcing) 100% Remote | 6-Month Rolling Contract

We are seeking an experienced IS Project Manager to lead a greenfield Ariba (S2P) implementation within a Robotics-focused environment.
This role will drive the delivery of a standalone Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform , enabling efficient procurement, supplier management, compliance, and cost control across multiple regions.

What You’ll Be Driving

• ️ End-to-end Ariba greenfield implementation

• ️ Build and deploy a standalone S2P platform

• ️ Integration with enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and others

• ️ Multi-country rollout with global standardization & local compliance

Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of Ariba S2P implementation
Reuse/re-architect existing processes and adapt to business needs
Manage system integrations and ensure seamless data/workflow continuity
Plan and execute multi-country rollout
Drive governance, risk management, and budget control
Lead stakeholder alignment, change management & user adoption
Oversee go-live, hypercare & continuous optimization

✅ What We’re Looking For

• ️ 5+ years of IT/IS Project Management experience

• ️ Proven experience in Ariba S2P greenfield implementations

• ️ Strong background in multi-country rollouts & system integrations (S/4HANA, MDG, etc.)

• ️ PMP / PRINCE2 certification (Ariba certification is a plus)

• ️ Deep understanding of procurement, sourcing & compliance processes

• ️ Strong stakeholder, vendor & change management skills
